These are the terms for using Esquzi. They are short and in plain English on purpose. By using Esquzi you agree to them.
Esquzi is financial media. It reports what already happened to the coins and shares you follow, in plain words. It is general information only. It is not financial or investment advice, it does not consider your objectives, financial situation or needs, and nothing in Esquzi is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. For advice about your situation, talk to a licensed financial adviser.
We work to keep prices and figures accurate, but market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and past movement tells you nothing about what happens next. Check important numbers with your broker or exchange before relying on them.
Keep your login details to yourself, and use Esquzi lawfully. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it to harm others. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Esquzi Pro is billed through your Apple ID at USD $6.99 a month or USD $49.95 a year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Purchases made through the App Store are also governed by Apple's standard end user licence agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal.
The Esquzi name, design and daily reads belong to Curated Visuals Pty Ltd. Share cards generated in the app are yours to share. Please do not scrape, resell or republish the service itself.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made from general information in Esquzi, or for loss caused by data errors, delays or outages. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If we change the terms in a way that matters, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions: hello@esquzi.com.
